Is there much difference between Warplan Pacific & Warplan Europe?

I've played Warplan Europe a lot so understand how to play the game.

Naval aspects with port blockade, night naval moves, other than that, this is quite the same game.

And more important, there is no USSR until 1945. So the game is balanced... :lol:
