Please provide a preview of the current cabinet and factions before selecting country profile

The conflict between the chosen profile and the current cabinet can be very painful. Besides, isn't the player's chosen profile the result of historical decisions? Why would it appear that neither of the two major parties in the country have profile that are relevant to it?
