[1.26c] Looking into Fate cards in strategem Encyclopedia crashes the game

Starting a new game and found a new fate card, "Strain Solver" and when I go into Fate cards in strategem encyclopedia, the game received a unhandled exception. Argument 'Length' must be greater or equal to zero is the crash message.
