The Battle of Antietam, the American Civil War, September 17, 1862.

The first army–level engagement in the American Civil War to take place on Union soil. It remains the bloodiest day
in American history, with a tally of 22,727 dead, wounded, or missing on both sides.

[Originally a TOAW-III scenario from 2014, it has now been updated to TOAW-IV with additions to the USA PO as suggested by Rhinobones].

So where can one obtain said scenario? It looks like it wants to be played soonest.
EDIT: Never mind I cracked the code. It's the Name of the Scenario in the picture. Nice. I like it.
