Build 1.06.1328.18--Tutorial 8 ends prematurely - I think

I've played through Tutorial 8 AAW6 Advanced Combat several times. The result has consistently been that after shooting down the 4th Syrian plane, the scenario ends (with a Minor defeat). This occurs even though I haven't downed any civilian aircraft, or lost any of my sides aircraft. And I am still far from engaging the Syrian HVTs the AEW or the Bombers.

This also behaves the same way in build 1328.14.

I've included two saved games, one after 3 Syrian planes lost and one after 4 Syrian planes lost.

This may not be a problem with the scenario, but it seems to be to me.
