I'm currently playing a game and I have a small question.
It seems, seems, the carpet bombing card is not applying its structural damage.
I bombed several times a minor city III and while units inside where damaged and traffic points rose high,
bridges remained intact, the strength (str stat in hex panel) of the minor city III didn't dropped and the depot suffered no damage.
Is it normal?
Because with artillery you can blow up bridges by targeting the hex.
