Steam: can I use Modern ops dlcs with air naval ops?

Steam: can I use Modern ops dlcs with air naval ops?

I got some dlcs for modern ops, can I also use them with air naval ops or I can only use them in modern ops? If I understand correctly when purchased on matrix games you get installer for both, but I am not sure if its the case for steam.
