Supply in brackets

On the base screen I keep seeing some supply shown in brackets particularly when there's repairs needed to base objects. In this pick (20) what's it mean?

Hello

This Base/Location will create 20 Supplies/turn.

So, it is a source of supplies which are not produced by the on-map factories
