I'm hosting some new games.
Password = elvis

I prefer to play average or better players. (sorry newbies, I'm too old to train)
If you're intermediate, give me the Allies then, I need to work on that side of my game
Consider myself average (My ELO rank is in the Middle).

I'll agree upfront with the ELO rules:

1) no Diplo on Majors
2) no Allied DOW on Japan
