Version 1.00.46 Game corrupted by missing ship file

Hello, my current RTW3 save was suddenly corrupted when I tried to load from the launcher with a warning that a ship file was missing and that loading the game would further corrupt the save if the ship was not defined. I will attach the appropriate screenshots and a save file. This is a blow to me, I was really enjoying this particular game and this has taken the wind out of my sails (pun intended) as far as playing RTW. All of my other saves have been corrupted by updates in the past and I would really like to keep this one and see it through. I know nothing about coding so fixing this myself was a fool's errand. It may still be. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the report! You say this has been a regular occurrence. Could you upload additional saves where you've experienced this corruption?
