Beta 2.31 Insignia 3D base view

This is probably a feature rather than a bug, but anyway.

Using the Insignia 3D base view there are no bases for enemy forces. You have to use standard or alternate and that kinda makes the insignia view useless one the shooting starts. Could this use display the standard view for the enemy and keep the insignia view for your side?

For the future how do you want feedback for the beta? All in the main post announcing the beta or new threads started for each bug? Have you though off adding a beta forum so the main one won't be flooded once the beta gets released?

I think certain nations don't have the roundels, but will have to double check.

Separate threads for each issue would be ideal, please!
