[1328.18] The unit can't decide on a random course in Double Flame

When a unit is assigned to a mission of randomly selecting a course, such as an ASW mission, in Double Flame time compression, the unit cannot decide on the next course and is turning on the spot. Also, when changing the position of a unit within a group in Double Flame mode, the unit cannot find its place and the shape is twisted. (For marine units)
