Amphibious Transports (Long Range)

Veteran of Strategic Command.
1. Amphibious Transports (Long Range) does not seem to be available when it should (presently amphib level 3 and logistics level 2)
2. Upgrade counters are missing from on map units

According to Bill Runacre the LRAT feature has been removed from the grand campaign.
