Support Units

I want to add the Truck Supply to 1. Infantry but not 2. Infantry. Likewise Ship Oiler for navy units.
How would I do it?

If I am reading this correctly, click on the unit not the HQ. There is a button for that it looks like a truck if I remember. Not at my PC currently.
