Mods Aren't Working

I just wanna point out that I couldn't get the /D method via a new shortcut to work whatsoever. Modswap also doesn't work as it states that I have to install CC3 first, as if it isn't installed to begin with. What's the point of even providing Modswap if it doesn't work either?

I'd really like to thank you guys for fixing what wasn't broken when it came to modding.
