Nothing, wait for it to appear at its destination. On loop goes too the Red Sea, the other one to the Persian Gulf. I do not remember if arrival is announced however. I think it is.

There message is not provided the details.
Where is its destination? Leningrad.
What do I expect? carrier or sub.
A fleet contains 9 groups. What is the number I expect?
I am sure it is not a Christmas!

We might not talk about the same thing. This message appears when you as a player send your fleet in the appropriate loop you chose (they are visible in the South of the map) with one of those two destination. And it will, obviously, be that same fleet. It is a transit.

If you did not send a fleet by the loop, then you would need more context, where and when did it came from.

I am not familiar with the game terminology of loop.
I think it is a program loop.
Correct my understanding:
Let say I have a fleet of 3 subs.
I send 1 sub to base and 1 sub from base to the fleet which does not move at that turn.
Will that trigger the message?

There two hexes in the south of the map int he Atlantic.

They are the "loops" (one goes to to Red Sea, one to Persian Gulf) if you send a fleet on one of those hexes, the fleet disappear and the message is triggered to remind you that in either 1 or 2 turns, the fleet will arrive (reappear)?

I am German and don't send a fleet in the loop. Should it be this message to be sent to the one who assign the fleet to the loop instead of all.

In WP, fleets locations are public. So in a way it does make sense to send the message to all.

With all due respect, you do have a lot of questions, I'll leave it to others to answer the next few ones.

Regards,

PS: for some of your questions, the answers are in the rulebook (especially basic concepts such as loop, operation points etc.).
