Will this game have more development?

Rule the Waves III is a simulation of naval ship design and construction, fleet management and naval warfare from 1890 to 1970. and will place you in the role of 'Grand Admiral' of a navy from the time when steam and iron dominated warship design up to the missile age.

Will you develop this game more or will you put new features etc. into the next game? Are any DLC planned or something else like that? I've played this so much I feel like I have exhausted what's available here.

Patches are coming out all the time. Recent patches have included the regional admirals, battle generation system with some choices, some modifications to the way the aircraft production system works, use of floatplanes as strike a/c in the early years.

I'd like to see helicopters dealt with in the same way as fixed-wing a/c, so you have squadrons of choppers at your bases, on light CVs, etc. They could do ground strikes at those annoying 4" batteries during amphibious operation scenarios and take out small missile boats with light ASM. Also scouting, kind of like the float planes.

My biggest wish would be to make the missile age much harder. The AI opponent should understand that missile spam early in the engagement is very important. Exhaust them all almost as soon as possible and then deliver more from the CVs. Then iron bombs and rockets. Right now it feels like just stomping all of the opponents.

True -- although they can stomp back, on occasion. Something either to hasten the others or else limit the player a bit to conform with the historical rate of conversion.

OTOH, my doctrine is to stomp all foes at pretty much all stages of the game (in Admiral's mode, AI+), missiles or no.
