[FIXED][Build 1405 CIV]Missing UI Controls at top of Log in UI

It seems that when the log grows a specific length I lose visibility of the log controls at the top of the log. Several times I was able to click on where buttons should and the functions work so it seems to be a visibility thing with that particular component of the UI. Test scenario attached. This does occur after file reload. Scrolling to the top of the log doesn't help.

I have one laptop with no issues...

And one with a simialr, but not exact issue in some menus...

I suspect its a scaling/DPI issue somewjat dependent on resolution and windows font sizes on some PCs.

What are your settings? I'll give it a shot on mine and see what happens.

The one that works is 3840 x 2160

200% scale and text size in the about 3 notches from the left.

DPI scaling override is "system".

My other laptop is the same for the first two lines no DPI override.

I'm going to play around with it.

I'm not running a 4 K display, but I tried numerous settings with no change in behavior. The graphics driver is a modern Radeon, and the drivers are up to date. Windows up to date. I think I've done my due diligence on this one.

Your first screenshot also displays no GPU.

Yes. If this is very important to you could help the devs by making a list of links with screenshots and post the list to the no GPU bug report. I'm not sure anybody would randomly poll other bug reports like you're expecting.
