Newbie supply question

Post by jonpfl »

All,

If I isolate an enemy unit in a town BUT it does not have a path back to a capital OR city, will it still get supplies?

I guess I am curious IF the only way to isolate a unit is outside of a supply source (ie town)?

Thx

Basically, yes. If you isolate a unit out in the boonies it's gonna die a lot quicker than one in a town or city as that will provide some supply for replacements although that will diminish the longer the place is besieged.

Doesn't matter the size of the village/town/ city. If it is isolated and not connected to a secondary supply source, industrial, or primary, the v/t/c will only give the unit a max 3 supply.
