Fire level 4 = "ship is not sufficiently damaged to detach"?????????

Any time a ship is on fire it is by definition heavily damaged. Certainly if the fire has proceeded beyond level one. And especially if it is a carrier that is too heavily damaged to conduct flight operations.

This is another example of a really lazy (IMHO) game mechanic, an attempt to prevent people from separating ships from divisions willy-nilly and driving individual ships around the map.
