Warplan 2

Post by PanzerMike »

Alvaro,

First of all, I hope your latest fantasy game KDH does well. My personal interest is WW2 however, so I am more excited for Warplan 2 obviously. I have not found much information on what Warplan 2 is going to be like (I think it will combine ETO en PTO?). Care to give us some spoilers on what to expect and how it will compare to the great Warplan 1?

I can't remember ever being excited about a future game, it's not really my nature. But WarPlan 2 has me anticiapted.

you guys probably already know this, but WP2 will use the same engine as KDH(the fantasy game)

i take this as a really good thing, as tons of kinks are getting worked out of the engine through a legit release

i don't pretend to know the nature of WP2 development, but the engine itself is absolutely progressing and being stengthened

I just bought KDH. Primarily to check out the engine and editor. Ow, and support Alvaro, a man's gotta eat, right. It's looking quite polished compared to WP1. I just made my first modded counter with the editor ,hehehe.

For me, lots of problems with menus and the interface. I gave up on the game too, not my thing.

What's this about discord? I never understood why it's so popular.

Yeah, me neither. But Discord is the way to go now. Sometimes it can be convenient though.

I made a Discord account in 2020, so it's been a while...
As far as I can remember you download and install Discord on your PC. It's free. Create your account. Then click on the link posted earlier in this thread.

Same here. All messages are mixed up. I prefer one post for one topic. Just for searching after it later.

A huge thing on my wishlist is "reserve production". Let's say I want to build a division next turn, I want to reserve 60 production, and spend the rest on upgrades/reinforcements.

My wishlist is too long to list...

But one of my biggest is the ability to build reserves / replacements and actually put them where I want them.

Thanks PanzerMike...

I only comment on two boards...here and Pacific for now.

I already know WP2 won't be what I want so...hopefully it will be what everyone else wants. And if it has enough adds I will still play and support it.
