7.00.01 Hexes with wrong control flag at Barbarossa.

In the Land Movement phase, I move some Finnish units through Carelia this impulse, when I declared War on USSR. Then I decide not to, and UNDID the move. However those hexes stay as controlled by GE.

Later on Partisans could and did get deployed there.

Since this is a netplay game, I can't check this. However: there is the possibility that on your opponents computer, those hexes have the right control flag. Sometimes a glitch happens during the connection between computers during netplay. The solution is than to have your opponent send you his saved game by e-mail. You both than download that one and you are back on track.

Since your saved game has already passed the movement phase, it is also impossible to see if this bug can be recreated. For that, Steve will need a gamesave from the movement phase where this happened.

My mate did not say they had the correct control, in fact I believe he said he saw it the same way too, according to our conversations. Plus, later on Partisans appeared, how could that be when it is a matter of display in one of the PCs?

Fortunately I still have the land impulse. And the DoW in case going back further is needed.
