T182, Quantas game.
These security units have been in the Axis Reserve for quite a few turns now but won't transfer to the map.
There were several full divisions which arrived to the AR shortly before these ones which transferred fine, but not these ones.

No. They are still set to 'no transfer'.

I downloaded your turn 184 save, and was able to transfer the units using the CR screen or right clicking on the unit in the reserve box on the map (I don't see the Transfer Unit button on the unit, so that is odd). Were you eventually able to transfer the units, or are they still blocked for you? In the current dataset, they are set to be disbanded on turn 185, but I don't see that in your save, so something may have altered the withdrawal data, and not having Transfer available in the unit symbol may be a symptom of that.

I downloaded your turn 184 save, and was able to transfer the units using the CR screen or right clicking on the unit in the reserve box on the map
I was able to transfer them using that method, so expect that would have worked if I had tried it earlier. Have never used that method before, usually I do it all via the commanders report which I find easier to use.
Clearly it is not a big deal and a few units at this stage of the game don't matter.
