This is my game with Quantas. Have over 20 shell divisions arriving to the AR on T185.
They are not there if you look at reinforcements for T185 for a new game.
We are playing closed TBs.
My guess is that these are destroyed units from another front, in which case shouldn't they stay on that front rather than be available to the East ?

Units destroyed due to events, will go to the AR, and are available for redeployment elsewhere. Since they have to be rebuilt with replacements, you've got control over where they go. Wiedrock is probably correct in saying they came from the Disaster in the West event.

I looked up the 4 panzer units and historically all of them were reconstituted and continued to fight in the West after Falaise.
