Double shot

In the linked turn, I had played and ended it and it showed as orange as usual. I played a different turn and when I ended that one, this one was in progress (italics green). I was sure I had ended it but I went back in to end it and found that I could move all my units as if it was my turn again - from their positions at the end of my last turn! I effectively could take a double turn. I didn't, of course, and won't until some advice is given on what to do. Thanks.

Edit: I looked at the turn again because I received an email that my opponent had played his turn. The game was still shown as italics green and there was no option to show a replay. So, it's not a double turn but there is something screwy going on. I'll play my turn now and see if it ends as usual (orange).

Edit: Turn played as usual. Weird glitch. Hopefully, all good again.

Didn't have an issue on my turn.
Maybe was just because of upgrade.
