Looking for an intermediate to advanced Axis player for ELO [CLOSED]

Standard ELO rules + the usual:
- no farming
- No Italian navy out of Med before DOW
- no early attacks on Japan before DOW
- no DEI diplo (or no diplo at all if preferred)
