Pop-up window issue

I've been having this issue where Pop-up windows like the tutorial messages or altitude menu will open on a second window. This isn't too big a problem except the menu will be mostly off screen.
Only about half of the menu will be visible with the top off screen, meaning i can't use the menu or drag it somewhere else.

Only solution i've found is to go to windows settings and disable my second monitor, though this is quite inconvenient. Was hoping there is some way to force these messages and menus to appear on my main monitor, where the game is also running?

Can provide save file but this issue appears on every scenario i've tried so doesn't seem to be save related.

Maybe change the resolution on your monitors to match each other. some weird resizing goes on when the resolutions are different (not really a CMO thing just windows being odd)

Go into options and reset secondary windows. That should fix it. It sometimes remembers a window being on the second monitor even if you just move it around temporarily.
