Refitting in Stavka vs Reserve Box

With depleted support units, is it more efficient to send them back to Stavka to replenish, or transfer them to the Reserve Box? What about divisions and corps? Is it better to park them next to an on-map depot, or transfer them to the Reserve Box?

Place divisions or corps on depots in refit mode and they will certainly be replenished if there is enough manpower.

It is more difficult with the SUs. In my experience, replenishing on the map (STAWKA) doesn't work very well. Unfortunately, I haven't found a brilliant idea yet. But maybe someone knows more than I do.
They can certainly be refilled in the reserve box. However, you will lose time and all CPP.

Set SUs to refit mode, STAVKA on priority 4, park it in Moscow. Done.
