Issue in Editor units purchase screen

Initial problem solved.

I have discovered that if while on the units purchase screen in the editor an editor crash along with an "out of memory" error message box occurs on my machine repeatedly by following the following steps:

1) load a scenario in the editor
2) select the unit purchase screen
3) load another scenario
4) keep loading another scenario

I realize this is not the normal sequence of selections expected from the user.
