Troop Display Markers Not Showing [SOLVED]

Hey all,
I've seen this issue pop up a couple times both on this forum as well as on other forums, but it has never been resolved. I have attached an image of what I am seeing, taken from the Ice March scenario. It looks like the only thing that is displaying for all armies is a small flag instead of the troop display marker (note the White flag that looks like it is in Rovenki, but is actually in Novocherkassk). I did some digging and found that the graphic being used is from \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Revolution Under Siege Gold\RUS\Graphics\Flags\Base_Flag. All of the other graphics are present in my folder with commander portraits and such. I have tried changing filters around, uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as verifying game files on steam. Oddly enough, I own Civil War 2 and don't have this issue at all. Any guidance or input on this would be greatly appreciated!

Did some more tinkering around and figured out how to resolve this issue. Hopefully this helps anyone dealing with the same thing. Steam left behind all of the files on uninstall so go to where the local files are stored before uninstalling, uninstall, then delete anything left in the folder. On reinstall it fixed the issue.
