Will not scroll

Game will not scroll, side to side or top to bottom. Tried the switches Matrix support sent. But nothing seems to work.
I am having a problem with WITP Admiral's edition. It will not scroll. Started when I built a new computer.
Installed WIN 11 and the problem started. Is there a solution?

Make sure your shortcut with the switches is pointing to the game engine and not the 'autorun.exe' menu program. Ensure your syntax on the switches is correct - no minus signs, only hyphens and single spaces between each switch. Switches should be in the Target box of the shortcut icon and look something like this"
"C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -altFont -archive -dd_sw -deepColor -px1680 -py1050 -w -fixedArt -skipVideo -multiaudio -SingleCpuOrders -cpu3
