[RESOLVED] no pop-up menu

Hello,
I have just bought CMO and installed it on Windows 10 with .Net Framework 4.8.
I cannot open the pop-up menu whether I use Function keys or I click on the buttons of the menu.
How can I solve this issue please?

Everything is going fine now. Maybe I needed to restart twice after intalling .Net Framework 4.8.

Usually, the machine asks you to restart on any .net update. Even if it doesn't, its a good computing habit to have. As you have found out.
