How do you end your turn with there's no button to do so

EDIT: It seems every game I start is missing the end turn button. How do I fix this?

What is the hot key for "end turn"? I can't seem to find the end turn button on this screen. What happened to it?

It looks like you have the UI scale set too high.

Use the [ and ] to adjust the UI.

Do a couple [ and you will see the end turn on the right side.

What is your resolution and monitor size?

The end turn is hidden by the right arrow at the moment.
