How can I change the capture date font?

I'm having trouble reading the German capture dates, they're very dark; the soviets are fine.
How would I go about changing the German color or brightness.

See the Rasputitsa mod in my signature. On the mod page u find an alternative (I changed the background color). Not sure if the font color can be changed.
