[FIXED] Build 1567: ASW Torpedo "Code Error" and Another ASW issue

So I noticed this when playing Mark Gellis's latest scenario "The Battle of the Iceland Basin".

ASW Torpedoes, both air-dropped and surface/sub launched, are unable to directly engage a submarine contact due to a "Code Error" according to the manual attack window.

I am still able to engage with Bearing-Only Launches and hope the torpedo acquires the sub.

I've attached a Save with an example. See the small green square area that I've highlighted. A USN P-3 is in position to drop a torpedo. Before unpausing, simply try to order a Manual attack on the submarine right below the Orion to see the error.


This might also be related to another issue I've noticed when playing some of the Fail Safe Scenarios where an ASW aircraft, upon making a run over an ambiguous submarine contact, makes a pass and then just perpetually continues on that course. I am able to get it to turn around and make another run by removing the automatically laid engagement course for it to plot a new one.
