Issue Generating Boeing 707 Flight Plans

Description

Today, as I have played Kushan's Iran Strike scenario as Israel, I found I was unable to generate flight plans for either KC-707 tankers or the Phalcon AEW Boeing 707 aircraft unless I changed the mission altitude from maximum to 36,000 (at Kushan's suggestion). The other AEW aircraft, Gulfstream 550s, were unaffected, leading me to believe it is an issue with the 707 platform specifically.

Frequency

Every attempt unless the mission altitude is changed away from the default.

Steps to Reproduce

In the attached scenario, on the "Gas East" or "Gas West" missions (KC-707) or the "AEW/OECM" mission (Phalcon), attempt to generate a flight plan without changing the altitude

The attached file should encapsulate the scenario *before* I made the altitude change.


Additional Notes

Separately, even when I corrected the tanker presence, I was unable to launch aircraft from the farthest north Israeli base (and thus shortest flight distance toward Iran) without checking the box to launch without tanker support. Kushan indicated this issue is known, so I did not include it in the title explicitly.
