Manpower on those two Units is too high it appears.
Found in BArch RH 2/1310
  • 787 44a Volks Artillery Brigade 9/44 (6 Battalions)
    Manpower game: 3729
    Manpower listed: 3279(31.10.1944) or 3389(23.12.1944)
  • 788 44b Volks Artillery Brigade 9/44 (5 Battalions)
    Manpower game: 3052
    Manpower listed: 2508(31.10.1944) or 2508(23.12.1944)
