Connection error

This time, for 4 days now, getting error message 'Sorry - you are not logged in. Please login and try again'
When I try the same message returns.
Anyone else with same problem?

I can only connect to matrix with VPN since a few weeks... idk why. Maybe it's related. I know someone else I was playing also seems to be having trouble, so it must be something on their side imo if so many people are struggling to get in.

The best thing to do is to contact support@matrixgames.com, hopefully they'll be able to help you to resolve it quickly. Or advise if there is a server issue.
