Rule the Waves III is a simulation of naval ship design and construction, fleet management and naval warfare from 1890 to 1970. and will place you in the role of 'Grand Admiral' of a navy from the time when steam and iron dominated warship design up to the missile age.

Maybe. I wanted to watch Clint Eastwood's The Mule, and found four movies with the same name. 2012, 2014, 2018, (his) and 2020.

Because he falsely assumes that movie/videogame titles are copyrighted. They can be trademarked but this must be requested, costs money, special rules/restrictions apply, and has to be renewed.

The Steam game Napoleon's Eagles was known as War and Peace, which clashed with War and Peace 6th edition. Was even removed from Steam until some changes were made.

And your point is?

Also stop spreading fake news. "War and Peace" in the computer games class is currently US trademarked (in case of no renewal) until ~2028 by Irish EREPUBLIK LABS LTD, makers of "War and Peace Civil War". NE Devs state on the Steam page they had to change because another company registered it in the computer games class. Nothing to do with the board game.
