Please let us ignore some minor races

Currently your choices are to invade or diploannex single planet minors. I would like a third option "ignore" so I am not pestered to launch an invasion or spend money on a planet I do not want (Kasim).

If you dont get them the AI will get them to expand quickly and also expand/circumvent the colonization range.
Also the AI will just multiply the possible planets to settle using the minor races suitability. So its quite dangerous to let them be if they are too close.
