1674 - Out of Comms Subs

There is something up with subs coming in and out of comms with this build. They are flickering in and out of comms. To replicate this please load the attached scenario and run at 2 flame.

As a secondary issue- the Tu-160s assigned to the strike mission are having substantial issues refueling.

The subs are out of comms but what it's being shown is the "contact" associated to that unit, this basically solved the problem when an aircraft goes out of comms but you can detect it with your own sensors... it displays as a Friendly unit.

In this case is something else since AFAIK there's no sensor(s) that can track the subs
