Broken Ageod password link

Hi, I'm trying to access my ageod forum account after some years. When I go to forget password, it says it sent the link for my password, but I get no email. I tried to just create a new account but it again sends me no email.

Anyhow Ageod forum is nearly dead.

thanks for the reply, I've been trying to log onto the support page and it takes a decade to load and invalidates the security token or I just get a 504 gateway error, so something is wrong with the support website. I did see where I can email them so I did send an email. THX
