Presentation - Electronic Attack (jamming)

Post by Cristianov »

Good afternoon everyone, my name is Cristiano and i'm new in this forum and in this exciting Command's family. Few weeks ago i started to join Command Professional Edition (CPE) (really interesting and wonderful tool), first of all creating new scenarios for training myself. During this few days i noticed the possibility to conduct electronic attacks (with specific platforms).
Sorry for my simple question, being newby here, but i'd like to know if there's the possibility to visualize on the map the jamming directional beam (if directional). I've already tried to jam some enemy units but only the word "jammed" appears on the left of the unit effectively jammed.

I don't know if i was clear with my text. I hope so.

I would like to thank you for your answers.

Have a good day.

Hi,

Electronic Attack is currently abstracted, in the sense that each jammer is assumed to cover all targets of interest (within physical reach) with spot jamming concurrently. So there is currently no tactical dilemma like "do I jam emitter-X or emitter-Y instead as priority".

This will be rectified in a future update, as demonstrated here:
