Preparing scout planes for bombing missions?

I'm not seeing the aircraft management button when trying to ready scout floatplanes for bombing missions.

Do you have a screenshot showing this? What UI color mode are you using?

The button is there but it is greyed out. You apparently can't ready floatplanes for a strike mission off a cruiser.

What UI mode are you seeing this on? A screenshot of the situation and a save would be helpful as well.
