[1674] "Ignore plotted course" trigger

Initial Conditions
"Ignore plotted course" is NO in each of the below
- in global doctrine
- in mission doctrine (use any of the caps in the attached file)
- in the unit doctrine of the a/cs sitting in an airbase waiting for deployment (but still unassigned)

Action
Open Aribase panel, pick a couple of fighters and assign them to a mission (cap or other). You will get a message of conflict of doctrines in relation to Ignore Plotted course status AND that doctrine of the now assigned A/C will change to YES.

Basically the action of assigning a/c to a mission seems to operate as a trigger for Ignore Plotter course -> Yes
