Folder Saved Games?

I recently discovered Campaign Series and cannot understand how I overlooked these games before. I thoroughly enjoy the games, even though the John Tiller Campaign Series feels slightly outdated. I have also purchased CSME and CSV, and I am eagerly awaiting the release of Campaign Series Cold War. I like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Petho for his dedication to the Campaign Series.

For now I have a question: It might be helpful if the game used a separate Saves folder instead of storing everything in the main directory. Is it possible to create this?

I don't think these old games will be able to do so (I could be wrong, I haven't tried).

The primary issue will be that the save files will likely be looking for the various scenario files when it tries to launch, and if they are in the main folder, they won't be found and you'll be laced with errors.

On the bright side, after Cold War, we will be working on a NEW World War 2 game that does have that functionality!

Gr8 game after all these years, yes and thnx Jason.

As to the saves, rather than CLOGGING up the in game start page, after I conclude a scenario, I take out said save files
and transfer them to another folder OUTSIDE of the RS, EF,WF folders. I nest them in a "My SAVES" folder specific to each title...then within each titled folder, I've created folders specific to each scenario played AND saved here now.
IF I wish to pick up, play again or revisit I just drag such back to the game folder PRIOR to STARTING the game up.
I do the same with REPLAYS.

I have yet to try such with a CAMPAIGN game.
