Ferry missions, sometimes no takeoff

Steam, Build 1674, Windows 11

I've noticed that Ferry missions aren't always launching aircraft assigned to them.

In the attached scenario (an unmodified Northern Fury 8) there is a Ferry mission from two airfields to Glasgow airport. As each aircraft in the Shetlands and Faroes readies, it should take off and fly south.

However, after the first aircraft in each airfield readies, it takes off, but no others do afterwards as they ready. I can manually launch them, but they appear reluctant to launch themselves.

I've noticed this behaviour on the previous scenario, NF 7 too. This time with an allied mission, where only a few allied aircraft launched on their ferry missions - then none afterwards.
