Air-to-air refueling currently seems to have a number if issues that do not appear to be working as designed, including aircraft all queuing up at one tanker as opposed to choosing tankers with no queues.
Description
The scenario I'm working on has plenty of thirsty F-16s that need to get from Qatar to Baghdad, as well as F-4G and F-15C escorts (no wonder Package Q was a planning nightmare). I've come across several issues that are making the scen even more difficult that anticipated:
1 - Aircraft ignoring empty tankers to join the same queue, usually on the very nearest tanker to them.
2 - When told to manually or automatically refuel at an non-queue tanker, while still in the queue for for packed one, they'll ignore the order. This occurs even when the a new tanker without any jets at it is now closer.
3 - This also happens even when configured to have a maximum number of flights per receiver in the Tanker Planner window.
