[FIXED] B1706 slowdowns in scenario compared to B1676

Post by Nikel »

Testing B1706 in a scenario provided by caelunshun, noticeable slowdowns happen in the simulation, while is completely fluid in B1676. Tested at double flame.

Scenario in this thread:

I can't repro the issue but, probably, there will be some "slowdowns" if you're running the sim in double flame speed in order to fix some of the refueling issues.

I have run the test a number of times and there is a lot of variability, like with the ACs losses, they are never the same.

The slowing down may happen even just after take off, in other cases starts with the first loss.

No idea whether they are useful or not, but the errors printed in the exception log are also variable, from 0 to 4 :?

Video comparison 1676 vs 1706, an example in the slowing down just after take off.

Both are double flame.

That seems like a general slowdown in the performance of the overall scenario, it doesn't seem related to AAR

This testing scenario is still slower in the last builds.

In today testing of B1668, noticed that it will be slower when no unit is selected.

Can anyone confirm?
