Spread Sheet of Scenario's

Could someone provide me a spread sheet of scenarios? I have sheets for East Front - Rising Sun plus ME and Vietnam. The problem is with some of the old mods and newer releases I have to start from scratch. I keep track of complexity, score for each side etc. If you could give me a head start with just scenario titles that would be great. I'm just being lazy and don't want to go line by line for a few hours to make a current 2025 version.
